Withdrawal request

You can send a request to withdraw your funds (including opened positions, i.e.the amount of the withdrawal cannot exceed the free margin) directly through the Terminal. To do so enter the context menu of information window “Withdrawal request” and then click on the “New request”. Further “Add withdrawal request” dialog window with the following fields will be opened:

• Method - choose where the transfer of funds should be sent to from the list containing all payment/withdrawals facilities which you set while opening your Trade account;
• Payment props – information about props account;
• Free margin – information about free margin;
• Amount – enter the sum that you wish to withdraw.

To send the request press the “Ok” . In the “Margin analysis” window balance (and also all other signs) will be decreased for the sum of withdrawal, and in the “Withdrawal requests” information window will appear the line containing your request information (marked as “Active”).
