How to open a new demo account

To open a new demo account:

  1. Go to “File –> Open new account” in the menu bar.
  2. Press “Open demo account” in the “Select account type” window.
  3. Press “Next”.
  4. In the opened “New demo account opening – step 1: Trading account information” window fill in the following fields:
    • “First name*”
    • “Last name*”
    • “Country*”
    • “E-Mail Address*”
    • “Phone number(s)”
    • “Account type” (set by default and cannot be changed).
    • “Leverage” (set by default but can be changed).
    • “Deposit” (set by default but can be changed).

    Fields marked with asterisk (*) are required.

  5. Enter the confirmation code you see on the picture.
  6. Press “Next”.

    If any required field is not filled, you will receive an error message.

  7. Select source by choosing a ready-made workspace template from the drop-down menu or clicking “Empty” in the “New demo account opening – step 2: Creating a new workspace” window. You may enter a new workspace name or use the default one.
  8. Press “Next”
  9. In the opened window (“New demo account opening – step 3: Account created”) you will see your new account details, such as account ID and type, login, password and phone password. Please keep this data in a safe place and tick “Yes, I am sure that this data is saved”. If you want your password to be saved automatically, please put another tick in the “Auto save password” checkbox.
  10. Create a new demo account and add it to the terminal by pressing “Done”.

How to open a new real account

To open a new real account:

  1. Go to “File –> Open new account” in the menu bar.
  2. Click the “Open real account” radio button in the “Select account type” window.
  3. Press “Next”
  4. The internet browser will redirect you to your Private Area. Create a real account in your Private Area. If you haven’t registered it yet, you will be offered to do it.
  5. After returning back to the terminal, enter the new account login in the opened “Adding existent login – step 1” window.
  6. Press “Next”
  7. Choose the “Real” account type in the “Adding existent login – step 2” window.
  8. Press “Next”
  9. In the “Adding existent login – step 3” window tick the “Save password” checkbox and enter the password you set during registration if you want to be authorized automatically. Skip this step if you don’t want the system to save your password.
  10. Press “Next”
  11. 11. Select source by choosing a ready-made workspace template from the drop-down menu or clicking “Empty” in the “Adding existent login – step 4” window. You may enter a new workspace name or use the default one.
  12. Add a new real account to the terminal by pressing “Done”.

How to add an existent login

To add an existent login:

  1. Go to “File –> Create existent login” in the menu bar.
  2. Enter an existent login in the opened “Adding existent login – step 1” window.
  3. Press “Next”
  4. Choose the account type in the opened “Adding existent login – step 2” window.
  5. Press “Next”
  6. In the “Adding existent login – step 3” window tick the “Save password” checkbox and enter the password you set during registration if you want to be authorized automatically. Skip this step if you don’t want the system to save your password.
  7. Press “Next”
  8. Select source by choosing a ready-made workspace template from the drop-down menu or clicking “Empty” in the “Adding existent login – step 4” window. You may enter a new workspace name or use the default one.
  9. Add the existent login to the terminal by pressing “Done”.

How to customize a login

To customize a login:

  1. In the “Navigator” window right-click a login and press “Modify login”. If you choose the current login, the command will be unavailable.
  2. Introduce necessary changes in the “Modify login” window.
    • Modify login name in the “Login” field.
    • Tick/untick the “On real account” checkbox to modify login type.
    • Enter a password, if you want to save it for easier authorization.
    • Put a tick in the “Save password” checkbox to save the password.
  3. Confirm by pressing “OK”

How to change the current login

To change the current login:

  1. In the “Navigator” window double-click a login from the “Logins” folder.
  2. In the “Connect to Trade Server” window:
    • Enter a password (if the “Auto save password” checkbox is marked, the password is filled in automatically).
    • Choose a workspace from the “Workspace” list.
  3. Confirm by pressing “OK”.

How to delete a login

To delete a login:

  1. In the “Navigator” window right-click a login from the “Logins” folder and press “Delete login”. If you choose the current login, the command will be unavailable.
  2. Press “OK” in the message window to confirm.

How to change an account password

To change a password:

  1. Go to “Settings –> Change password” in the menu bar.
  2. Enter the current password in the opened “Password changing” window.
  3. Press “OK”. If the password is incorrect, an error message will appear.
  4. If the current password is correct, a window with a new password appears. Please save this data and mark the checkbox “Yes, I am sure that this data is saved”. If you want your password to be saved automatically, please put another tick in the “Auto save password” checkbox.
  5. Close the “New password” window by pressing “OK”.

How to change a telephone password

To change a telephone password:

  1. Go to “Settings –> Change phone password” in the menu bar.
  2. Enter the current phone password in the opened “Phone password changing” window.
  3. Press “OK”. If the phone password is incorrect, an error message will appear.
  4. If the current phone password is correct, a window with a new password appears. Please save this data and mark the check box “Yes, I am sure that this data is saved”.
  5. Close the “New phone password” window by pressing “OK”.

How to browse account properties

Account properties may be checked in the “Account properties” window. To open it go to “Settings –> Account properties” in the menu bar.
